FIPS Membership Terms 2026
The FIPS Membership operates on an annual rolling basis, starting on the 1st June each year.
Its primary purpose is to encourage collaboration, promotion and community between businesses in the sectors (Financial, Insurance and Professional Services).
Throughout the year there will be a number of events such as Dinners and Networking opportunities, but FIPS cannot guarantee how many there will be. There will be discounted rates for attendees from member firms.
You will automatically receive a reminder to renew your membership 7 days before it expires (memberships expire on the 31st May of each year), it is therefore important that you maintain your membership by renewing it when you receive the reminder.
Our annual fee will be advised by email in April of each year, and it is your responsibility to renew your membership if you wish it to continue.
While your business is a member, you can use the FIPS logo to demonstrate your membership with other organizations, but this would have to stop if your membership ceases.
Membership does not imply any form of ownership; it is simply an association of businesses which come together to promote these professions in Suffolk. We also want to support Students considering careers in these professions, encourage new businesses to be based in Suffolk and promote the benefits of Suffolk as a place to do business.
We really hope that you will enjoy your membership and see a benefit from being a part of the organisation. If you feel that there are others who could benefit, then please do consider inviting them to one of our events, as we would love to grow the awareness and membership of the group for everyone's benefit.

Discounted rates for networking events such as our networking breakfasts and executive dinners.
FIPS logo to use in your email signatures to demonstrate your membership of FIPS.
Priority access to certain event bookings such as the FIPS work experience program & executive dinners.
Cost:
From the 1st June 2026 to 31st May 2027 - £85 per business/organisation
How to become a member:
You can become a member by signing up via the FIPS Ticket Tailor Box Office.
You will be given a unique membership login and membership number when you sign up through Ticket Tailor. Please ensure that when anyone within your organisation wishes to attend an event that you provide them with the membership number to access the discounted rate.
Please do not share your unique membership number with anyone outside of your organisation.
If you would like to invite a guest to an event, you can use your membership discount by purchasing an event ticket on behalf of your guest.
